Will my account be blocked if I input an incorrect username & password?
You are given a total of 3 chances to enter the following correctly:

  1. Username and password combination (change password, e-mail registration, check usage, reload account)
  2. Secret answer (forgot your password?)

If you entered an incorrect username & password / secret answer on the 3rd try, your account will be temporarily blocked.

What should I do if my account is temporarily blocked?

What do I do if I forget my username?
You should contact our Customer Care. Customer Care will validate your profile based on filled-out registration form (CREATE ACCOUNT) before they retrieve your username.
