What should I do if I forget my password?
Click on the "Forgot your Password" button beside the Password field. The system prompts the secret question you chose when you created an account. Fill-out the required data and click on the Submit button. If you entered the correct answer, you will be required to change your password for security purposes.
Will my account be blocked if I input an incorrect secret answer to the secret question?
If Warpspeed Reloaded Dialer is not installed: You are given a total of 3 chances to enter the following correctly:

  1. Username and password combination (change password, e-mail registration, check usage, reload account)
  2. Secret answer (forgot your password?)

If Warpspeed Reloaded Dialer is installed: There is no restriction. Your account will not be blocked regardless of the number of times the secret answer is entered incorrectly.

What should I do if my account is temporarily blocked?
You should contact our Customer Care for assistance if your account is blocked.

If I forgot my secret answer to the secret question, what should I do?
You should contact our Customer Care. Customer Care will validate your profile based on filled-out registration form (CREATE ACCOUNT) before resetting your password.
