If Warpspeed Reloaded Dialer is installed: Once your account reaches "0" balance, a pop-up message will prompt you to reload. Click on the "Reload Now" button then follow system prompts. Once you have reloaded your account, you may select "Check Usage" found on the features box. Once you click on "Go", you will automatically be directed to the Warpspeed Reloaded's CHECK USAGE site.
If Warpspeed Reloaded Dialer is not installed: You should contact our Customer Care for assistance if your account is blocked.
