1. All Warpspeed prepaid Internet card users are entitled to avail of the WARPSPEED LOYALTY PROGRAM
  2. FREE hours will be given once user has earned the minimum number of reloads required.
  3. The number of FREE hour/s will depend on the following:
    • Type of card to be reloaded by the subscriber should be worth P100 Warpspeed Reloaded and P300 Infocom Warpspeed
    • Type of reload:
      1. SINGLE-Subscriber reloads one card worth P300 at one time
      2. DOUBLE-Subscriber reloads two P100 cards consecutively at one time, or two P300 cards consecutively at one time.
      3. TRIPLE-Subscriber reloads three P100 cards consecutively at one time
  4. User is entitled to the following FREE hour/s:

    TYPE OF RELOAD TYPE OF CARD REQUIRED NO. OF RELOADS FREE HOURS
    Single P 300 1 4
    Double P 100 2 2
      P 300 2 10
    Triple P 100 3 4

  5. Once user has successfully reloaded the card/s and has earned the required minimum number of reloads, corresponding FREE hour/s will be automatically credited to his/her account. FREE hour/s will take effect upon user’s next log-in.
  6. FREE hour/s can be gained for as long as :
    • Account has been personalized
    • Account has not expired
    • Card must have unused balance of worth P100 or P300 before reload
  7. Account reload history can be viewed at www.speed.info.com.ph by clicking the RELOAD CARD HISTORY link under the RELOAD ACCOUNT feature.
