Definition of Terms

The following words will have these meanings in this Agreement unless the context is otherwise specified:

1. Infocom refers to the exclusive Internet service provider.
2. WARPSPEED LOYALTY PROMO is an incentive program exclusive to Warpspeed Reloaded P100 and Infocom Warpspeed P300 prepaid subscribers, where an eligible subscriber obtains FREE hours thru frequent reloading of Warpspeed cards via website.
3. Warpspeed Reloaded and Infocom Warpspeed refers to the exclusive prepaid Internet service provided by Infocom Technologies, Inc.
4. Account refers to Warpspeed Reloaded or Infocom Warpspeed consumer prepaid Internet account.
5. Subscriber refers to a Warpspeed Reloaded consumer using P100 prepaid Internet card denominations and P300 prepaid Internet card denomination for Infocom Warpspeed
6. Reload refers to the activity wherein a subscriber loads P100 Warpspeed Reloaded or P300 Infocom Warpspeed denomination card to his/her personalized account.
7. FREE hours refers to the incentive to be given to the subscriber in exchange for the number of card reloads.

Eligibility

This program is open to all existing Warpspeed Reloaded and Infocom Warpspeed prepaid Internet card subscribers who utilize the reload feature.

Program Period

The WARPSPEED LOYALTY PROMO will start on January 1, 2005, and will end on December 31, 2005.
