Continue use of your existing Infocom Warpspeed account by simply reloading credits of a new Infocom Warpspeed prepaid card into your account

IMPORTANT:

  • You are given three (3) tries to enter your username and password. If entries are incorrect on the third (3rd) try, your account will be temporarily blocked.If this happens, please call our Customer Care for assistance.

  • Your card shall expire sixty (60) days from first log-in or on expiry date indicated in your card, whichever comes first . Once you have reloaded, your new card expiry date will be sixty (60) days from the date of last loading or on expiry date indicated in the card loaded, whichever comes first.


  • As soon as your account expires and you have not reloaded, your account as well as your e-mail account will be automatically deleted from the system.


  • If you have consumed all hours in your account, you may reload via the Infocom Warpspeed dialer. You will be given FREE sixty (60) seconds to reload.


  • Please do not let your account reach zero (0) balance to ensure continuous access.


  • Your fully-consumed account may be reloaded for as long as the account has not expired.


  • Trial cards cannot be used to reload an account.
